Introduction

Pascal Group Inc. ("Pascal", "we", "us", or "our") operates Pascal Editor, the Pascal community app, and related hosted services (collectively, the "Service").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and agree to the practices described here, together with our Terms of service.

What we collect

  • Account and profile information. This includes your name, email address, avatar, username, and any profile links or details you choose to add.
  • Project and upload data. This includes scene graphs, model versions, project names, uploaded files, scans, guides, thumbnails, and related metadata.
  • Messages and AI activity. This includes prompts, chat history, feedback, and support requests you send through AI-assisted or support features.
  • Email preferences. This includes whether you want to receive product update emails.
  • Connected account information. This includes information from providers you authorize, such as Google and Meta Horizon.
  • Usage and device information. This includes IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referrers, feature interactions, and performance data.
  • Session information. This includes authentication and session data stored through cookies or similar technologies.

What may become public

If you choose to publish a project, enable public project visibility, or share a public profile, the associated project content, scans, guides, username, display name, and avatar may be visible to other users or to anyone who can access the public page.

How we use your information

  • Run the product. We use your information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Keep your account working. We use it to authenticate you and keep your account synced across devices.
  • Store and display your content. We use it to save, render, and share your projects according to your visibility settings.
  • Operate public features. We use it to run public profile and community discovery features.
  • Contact you. We use it to send login links, verification codes, security notices, support replies, legal notices, and, where allowed, product updates.
  • Protect the service. We use it to detect abuse, fraud, bugs, and security incidents and to enforce our policies.
  • Meet legal obligations. We use it where necessary to comply with law and legal process.

AI-assisted features

If you use AI-assisted features, Pascal may process your prompts, chat messages, and relevant project context to generate responses or actions. Depending on the feature and our configuration, this processing may involve third-party model or infrastructure providers.

We retain AI chat history associated with your project to support product functionality, continuity, and quality.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in these situations:

  • Service providers. We share information with providers that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, infrastructure, database, authentication, analytics, email delivery, and integration providers.
  • Connected services. We share information with providers you choose to use through the Service, such as Google sign-in or Meta Horizon account linking.
  • Public sharing. We share information with other users or the public when you choose to make content public through community features.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may share information when required by law or when needed to protect rights, safety, property, or security.
